Umpqua Bank - We Heart Seattle

Omnichannel Campaign

To help Umpqua Bank increase brand awareness in its Seattle stores, The Garrigan Lyman Group created the “We Heart” campaign to tap into that genuine neighborhood passion. The campaign encouraged people to share what they “heart” about where they live on Facebook, by text, or even with a love note, with Umpqua rewarding the most-loved neighborhoods and businesses. The campaign received over 70,000 love notes, nearly tripling expectations. As it turns out, a grassroots strategy was just the thing for a grassroots bank.
