Lifelong, Meet Your Next Marketing & Communications Senior Associate.

Hi! I’m Cliff McCloe and, like the people at Lifelong, I firmly believe that no one should face hardship or injustice alone. I’ve helped organizations like WA Cares, The Legal Foundation of Washington, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and World Vision tell their stories and elevate their fundraising goals.

Before I was a marketer, I spent seven years as a special-education para-educator in schools of poverty in the most diverse school district in the nation. I learned how crucial it is to meet people where they are. People who are dealing with issues like food, health, housing, employment, or legal insecurity are rarely able to focus on anything else.

I also spent much of my life as a professional theatrical improviser—yes, that’s a thing—which pretty much gives me a triple Master’s Degree in Collaboration, “Killer Presentation Skills,” and “Making Wonderful Things Out of What the Audience Gives Us.” I’m ready to bring the spirit of “Yes, and” to every team I work with.

I think I could be a real asset to your team. If you’re intrigued, I’m ready to chat.

Cheers,

Cliff

RU2HOT was a public health education campaign designed to teach men at risk for HIV the signs and symptoms that people get in the first weeks after getting infected. This award-winning poster emulated the idea that it is better to cuddle under a quilt than to be memorialized on one.
