Parisleaf: Mission fuel to fuel your mission

Pewww. Pewww. Zoom!

The people at Parisleaf are dedicated to helping non-profits fund progress through branding their fundraising campaigns. And they’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to help them do it. So, when I applied, I sent them a link to this little video script they could send to prospective clients. So, if you're a Parisleafer….Parisleafblower…Parisleaflet (that sounds right) and you dig this, give me a shout, yo.

Your non-profit organization is kind of like this rocket ship.

Open on a launch pad out in the desert. A gorgeous rocket ship sits on the launch pad.

Your ship is amazing.

We zoom in and pan over the gleaming hull.

It can deliver boundless hope and impact to the communities it serves.

Fade into the ship's deck, where delighted people are looking out the main window at the glorious expanse of space.

It can take people to places that they never even dreamed of.

Fade to a long shot of the rocket landing on a gorgeous planet.

Of course, before the rocket even gets off the ground, it’s gonna need some fuel.

The gorgeous planet disappears and we’re back in the desert with the rocket on the ground.

And like every organization, you need fuel trucks to deliver that fuel.

We do a super-high-speed zoom-out to reveal a fuel truck on a highway. The fuel truck has a big dollar sign on the side.

The problem is, like most non-profits, your rocket ship is located way off the main road.

We see that the rocket ship is now just barely a speck on the horizon.

If you want them to go out of their way to fuel your state-of-the-art rocket, you’re going to need to build a state-of-the-art off-ramp.  And you need to give them a reason to take it.

The truck slows down but the off-ramp is pretty decrepit. There’s a lone, drab road sign (hidden behind some sagebrush) welcoming people to the rocket.

That’s where Parisleaf comes in. We’re the only branding agency in the world that focuses exclusively on capital campaigns for non-profits.

A Parisleaf team of contractors and construction workers stands proudly at the side of the road.

We work with our partners to develop and establish a brand strategy for their fundraising.

We fade to a high-tech drafting table, where the Parisleaf team is developing 3D blueprints for the off-ramp.

Then we create bold and groundbreaking collateral for every stage of their campaigns, from development to rollout.

A slew of gorgeous roadside signs promoting the rocket ship pop up on screen in strategic locations.

Our track record sets us apart from 99.9% of competitors – to date, we’ve partnered with campaigns that have raised over $5 Billion in fuel.

A quick montage of mages of other off-ramps (each with a Parisleaf partner logo) appears on the screen.

We believe money is mission fuel in the right hands, and we aim to be the right hand to the right hands.

The Parisleaf team shakes hands with the rocket ship team and we see the rocket take off.

Ready to see just how far your rocket can fly?

The rocket soars into space. The rocket zooms out of frame and the Parisleaf logo and URL lockup come up.

I’ve submitted my application and a link to this page, so fingers crossed.
